Light Pink & Beautiful Tag

Vacation time and I finally have time to play along with a couple of challenges. I found the July Challenge at Scrapki-Wyzwaniowo really inspiring and sometimes a little bit hard so I decided to give it a go. 

I ended up making this tag with a lot of light pink sparkle (a bit difficult to catch with the camera). I created layers by applying cheesecloth and different beads. Then painted over everything with black gesso. The light pink is Tattered Angles Glimmer Mist in the shade "Taffy". I love how it gives a deep sparkle on top of the black.

The roses where originally white - a spray with the same Glimmer Mist turned them in to these two sweet & romantic roses.

I´m really happy with the result and can see this tag tied to a bunch of beautiful white or light pink roses as a gift for a dear one.
