Today I´m sharing my first process video as member of the 7 Dots Studio Design Team.
My mother turned 7o years old last week and one of the things she had wished for was a Guest Book. She knows she has a crafty daughter, so I guess she was pretty sure one of the gifts would be one....
Instead of using a normal book, I decided to use wire sketch pad and decorated it using papers, stickers, die cuts and tags from the Homegrown collection. I also used my favorite mists from Tattered Angels (Glimmer Mist "Party Pink" & "Taffy")
I made this video to take you trough the process of making the Guest Book.
I used the Dots stencil from Fortune Teller togheter with modeling paste and mists to achieve extra dimension and interest. Flowers, pretty ribbons and small items from Homegrown finish off my project.
And if anyone wonders - my mother was thrilled with the gift and was asking everyone who visited her for her birthday to write a note in it.
