No all who wander {video} ♥ MMP May Challenge

It has been a while since I had time to play along with any of my favorite challenges, but last night I found the time to make a project for this months challenge at the Mixed Media Place. I was inspired by the light in the big picture, the colors and the dreamy feeling.

I think the photo I have used has the perfect feeling. The light makes the old, torn house look dreamy and magical. 

I found a forgotten 12x12 paper from one of my all time favorite collections from 7 Dots Studio 9th Wave and used it for as my base. Then added layers of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist (Dragonfly, Verdigris, Coffee Shop) blended with plain water. 

Acrylics mixed with modeling paste applied through a stencil adds extra texture. And don´t you just love the flair from UmWow Studio? It´s an 7 Dots Studio co-ordinate (for the Fortune Teller Collection). The sentiment stickers come from the same 7 Dots Studio collection.

Mechanicals from Finnabair and Prima Flowers add an extra touch of  dimension and texture.
