I´m sharing my second January project for the IndigoBlu Design Team today - a layout made with the new Cartography Mixed Media papers. The paper collection is based on old maps and really versatile. The colors differ from every paper and I was really excited when I found a paper with my country on. It and old map, but my little village could be found on it!
I added white GeeSso Good Gesso and random stamping trough the IndigoBlu Texture stencil. I also added splatters of acrylics (Postbox red & Emerald City metallic) and black GeeSso Good Gesso. I really love that the black gesso have a matte finish. It looks like chalkboard paint when dry.
Love this quote! It´s a stamp from the Grand Tour II set - the whole set works really well with all kind of travel related projects. Glitter highlights are Superfine Glitter that I mixed with matte gel.
If you ever want to visit northern Sweden - send me a mail and I´ll host you! Thank you for your visit today! Don´t forget to visit the IndigBlu blog to see what Zoey, Elizabeth & Monika has created for our mixed post today!

How brilliant that you could find your village on this paper Marie!!! I LOVE the colours and embellishments you've used and how that sentiment works perfectly here. Jenny x
