Pure Joy

I found this fun sketch at Elle´s Studio blog and couldn´t help myself from playing with it. I just recieved some gorgeous papers from Elle´s Studio as well, so the timing was perfect.

The titel came from my son´s happy, crazy look when we was running around on the cliffs by the Great Fall (in northern Sweden). I made the Sunburst pattern by randomly applying gesso with a spatula. Then I applied Maya Mist with a brush. The faded effect was made by smudging the wet gesso and wet mist together with a baby wipe.
